Application Procedure

 

The Application Procedure follows below:

  1. Applicants must fill-in and sign the New Connection or Bandwidth upgrade application form and General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Once the application has been approved, the applicant must agree with CYNET or any other local loop provider to connect their network to CYNET. If the applicant would like for CYNET to provide the local loop, then he has to fill in, sign and submit the Service Provisional Contract (Local Loop) form to CYNET
  3. When this work is completed the CyNet Network Operations Centre will contact the applicant for all appropriate settings required to complete the connection.
